In order to leave the rice grains, it is produced without squeezing the raw sake. You may feel like eating this Nigori-zake rather than drinking it. The cloudy components are not deposited at the bottom of the bottle, which guarantees that the Nigori-zake genuine. The craftsmanship of the Nanbu Toji (chief brewer in Nanbu area) and the dedication of the Horai brewers are incorporated into the smoothness and rich sweetness of this product.
