The fabric uses a very soft towel made in Imabari, making it comfortable to wear for an extended period of time.

What is Imabari towel?
Imabari, Ehime, is a mecca of towels that has a history of over 120 years.
The climate there is warm and is abundant with water. Imabari’s great environment has helped to nurture one of Japan’s best towel production sites. Additionally, the underground water that comes from the Sojagawa River is soft water with very few impurities.
This water is gentle to the yarn and material, thus giving the towels its delicate and bright colors while bringing out the natural softness of the cotton.
