Okuhida Shuzo Co., Ltd was established in 1720. We use the pure subsoil water from 50m depth well.
While preserving our tradition that is over 300 years old, we also strive to produce Sake to a wider audience through our two brands, “Okuhida” and “Hatsumidori.”
The rice "Hidahomare" produced in Gifu pref. is mainly used in our Sake.
We would love to see people smile through our Sake and hope that our Sake connects people.
