Inspired by a Japanese sword with a sharpness to match, Samurai Sword Scissors are produced in Seki City, Japan, a town renowned for its blade production. The details of Japanese swords are precisely replicated in the curvature of the blade, the wavy tempered patterns (hamon) and the knot of the cord of the scabbard. The handle is coated with lacquer using traditional Japanese techniques and the scabbard is plated with Kanazawa gold leaf (24K gold).
