This Daiginjyo is brewed from locally-grown rice, together with Mt. Hakusan’s underflow water pumped out of a well in the brewery, and “natural flower yeast” extracted from chrysanthemums in nature. This sake is very unique, entirely different from any other. It features a flowery, gorgeous sweet fragrance, clear flavor, and a sharp aftertaste. To enjoy the aroma, we recommend that you drink it either cold or lukewarm after a meal. In the language of flowers, chrysanthemum signifies nobility, honor, and true love.
