This sake has a stronger taste than common junmai daiginjo. Enjoy this elegant sake featuring a splendid, muscat-like flavor, high acidity, and the rich umami of Yamada Nishiki rice. It goes well with strongly-seasoned foods, such as Western cuisine and Japanese simmered dishes. Japanese sake has been traditionally evaluated by its taste alone.
