SUSHI Topping Box

A box with a lid to prevent sushi toppings from drying.

This is a box to store sushi toppings (seafood). Sawara cypress is used, which is considered to be water and moisture resistant. A fine polymer coating is added to finish it with a tough coating film, by applying a highly permeable undercoating to the inside of the wood material, followed by a final coating of abrasive “superfine coating.” It enhances the durability and enables the wooden texture to be preserved as if it did not have a coating. In addition, the anti-bacterial effect slows the spoiling of food. This box comes with a cover to prevent sushi toppings from drying.
