MARUSYO INDUSTRY is a cutlery maker established in 1966. Starting with the development of the “SILKY brand,” our products have been valued for their usability and excellent design. Since then, the company has held a top position as a scissors manufacturer. For the last 20 years, we have been promoting in-house production to pursue higher quality and further usability. Based on the technologies that we have accumulated, we have launched two high-grade brands: the MCUSTA pocket knife in 2000 and the Zanmai kitchen knife in 2008. MARUSYO INDUSTRY has been committed to becoming a top cutlery brand in the world market. We carry out the design, production, packaging, and sale by ourselves. The main processing is performed by advanced machine tools, but each product is finished by hand. There are few companies in Japan that have three brands and an in-house integrated production system like we do.
