Kikunoen is a long-established company that started selling tea leaves in 1907. The locally-grown tea leaves are processed at the Kikunoen factory. The Hiire process, which is important in determining the aroma and taste of the tea, is performed as a conversation with various natural conditions, for example, the temperature and humidity on the day.
