“nokutare” is the brand name of a new style of Hida Takayama woodcraft, based on traditional craft skills and spirit, called “Hida no Takumi.” The word “nokutare” is a combination of the Japanese word “nokutai” (meaning “warm” in the Hida dialect) and the Italian word for “inventare” (meaning “to create things”). TS Industry pursues the concept of “creating warmth.”
