“MOKA” Knife Series
Collaboration of the designer’s sophisticated work and traditional knife manufacturing techniques
Here in the Seki City, which is a world-renown cutlery manufacturing area, an artisan has carefully assembled individual blades with handles. This knife series features the sharpest blade in the world. The stylish and sophisticated design is by Motomi Kawakami, a world-renown industrial designer. The knife is made entirely of stainless steel, which enables it to remain clean. This MOKA series won the Special Award by the Director of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agencies in 2008.
