Junmaishu is a kind of Japanese sake made simply of rice and rice malt. “Minogiku Okan (hot sake) Junmai Inaho-no-Kokoro,” especially when served hot, brings out the sake’s specific delicate taste and flavor under the best conditions. You may notice how the rich taste spreads elegantly throughout your mouth. Inaho-no-Kokoro features mildness without producing the distinctive smell of alcohol even when served hot.
