Junmaishu is a kind of Japanese sake made simply of rice and rice malt. “Minogiku Okan (hot sake) Junmai Inaho-no-Kokoro,” especially when served hot, brings out the sake’s specific delicate taste and flavor under the best conditions. You may notice how the rich taste spreads elegantly throughout your mouth. Inaho-no-Kokoro features mildness without producing the distinctive smell of alcohol even when served hot. The more you drink, the better you will come to know the taste of this carefully brewed sake.
