Kozaemon Tokubetsu Junmai Shinano-Miyamanishiki is the most popular product and the most widely distributed. The raw material of Miyamanishiki rice is grown by commissioned farmers in the villages at the foot of Komagatake in Nagano Prefecture. It features a faint aroma reminiscent of green apples and a crisp taste. The dry aftertaste makes this sake easy to drink for many people and it goes well with any dish with a range of serving temperatures. When served chilled, it can accompany simple and light dishes. When warmed, it is perfect with meat dishes and Chinese cuisine. This product is provided in various sizes from small bottle to 1.8 liter bottles at reasonable prices.
