The pride of Funasaka Sake Brewery, our masterpiece 'Junmai Ginjo Miyamagiku' is meticulously brewed from the selected sake rice 'Hidahomare' grown in the beautiful nature of Gifu Prefecture. We adjusted a polishing ratio to 60% to fully bring out its essence.

This brand features a fruity taste that captures the refreshing beauty of spring in Hida Takayama. The luxurious 'long-lasting taste' unique to pure rice sake spreads throughout the mouth with each sip, leaving a delightful aftertaste.

The deep flavor is a result of using Hida Takayama's distinct sake rice, providing a taste that cannot be experienced with other sake rice varieties. The exquisite balance created by our dedication to the unique brewing method and the quality ingredients. With each sip, the rich umami of Hidahomare lingers pleasantly as an aftertaste. Indulging in this masterpiece promises a luxurious and enjoyable time.
