Yuzu-Bei
Plenty of yuzu juice is mixed with Japanese sake.
Yuzu Sake 'Yuzubei' is made by blending ample amounts of domestically grown 'yuzu' with the Funasaka Shuzoten's sake. Using domestically sourced yuzu juice infuses the sake with a juicy sensation, resulting in a flavorful yuzu sake.
The appeal of Yuzubei lies in the harmonious combination of the 'yuzu fragrance,' 'yuzu richness,' and 'yuzu oil (yuzu peel oil)' matched with the crispness of Hida's local sake. Through over 200 trials, we carefully perfected the synergy to fully capture the unique 'richness' and 'aroma' of yuzu, resulting in the creation of this product.
We hope you will give it a try. You may exclaim, 'This is delicious! Oh, it contains Japanese sake in it. I should try Japanese sake next time!' We hope you enjoy the product and appreciate the efforts of both the yuzu producers and the brewery.
There are various ways to enjoy Yuzubei, whether on the rocks, with soda, or hot water. Please take a moment to appreciate the thoughts of the yuzu producers and the brew
