Our laboratory researches the health and beauty benefits of Japanese maple, and develop products such as Japanese Maple Tea (Momiji-cha) and Japanese maple sparkling cider (Moyuruha). We develop Japanese maple fields by cultivating abandoned farmland, idle land, and sloping land. Our business functions as a farm as well as a tourist location, and hopes to contribute to the regional vitalization of Tajimi city, Gifu Prefecture.
