We have been farm-raising, processing and retailing freshwater fish (e.g. amago, trout, etc.) in clear waters of Gifu. We have been paying the closest attention to the safety of our products while taking advantage of Gifu’s natural surroundings. Our fish are rare commodities because they are raised in limited quantity without the use of any antibiotics.
