This handmade Yuzu Ponzu is made using whole yuzu—peel, pulp, and juice—grown without pesticides, and without adding vinegar or other additives, so you can enjoy the natural flavor of yuzu. The juice, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and bonito flakes are placed in a pouch together with a dashi bag and steeped for a week, allowing the natural umami of the dashi to fully infuse into the ponzu. This product is crafted with special attention to the dashi-making process.
