In Seki city, famous for its excellent Japanese swords, HASEGAWA CUTLERY (CANARY) has been manufacturing cutlery since 1933. Based on the famous techniques that have been transmitted by swordsmiths for over 600 years, the company has been evolving its designs and functions to fit the times. As a leader in cutlery making in Japan, we are determined to create new products, while preserving traditional skills. We offer two major brands: a line of standard products, “CANARY,” and a series of design-focused products, “HARAC”.
