Minogiku Special Junmaishu is made of 100% “Hidahomare,” which is one of the best rice brands for brewing sake. “Hidahomare” is grown with the subsoil flow from the mountains in Gifu. This Junmaishu is produced with care and attention by combining the Hidahomare rice with super-soft water known as quality water, as well as a specific maturing technology known as “Bingakoi (surrounding a bottle) cold maturing” that brings out the materials’ original flavor and taste. Just like nurturing a baby, Gyokusendo produces this “Minogiku Special Junmaishu” in a kind and gentle way. Please enjoy the richness and depth of the taste with an elegant finish.
