The owner himself works as master brewer to produce this local standard sake using local rice and water.
Genbun is brewed using locally-grown rice, Mt. Hakusan’s underflow water pumped out of a well in the brewery, and “natural flower yeast” extracted from flowers in nature. This is one of the most popular local sakes, featuring a moderate aroma and clear taste. You can enjoy the original rich aroma and clear flavor both hot and cold during a meal.
