Boujimaya uses different kinds of rice to bring out their respective characteristics.
For example, “Gohyakumangoku” rice is selected for its sharpness, and “Yamada Nishiki” rice for its richness. This junmai ginjo features a clear taste that is typical of Gohyakumangoku rice. The semi-dry taste goes well with sashimi and fish dishes. You can enjoy the tastes that vary depending on the temperature (5°C - 60 °C) and aging. Most Boujimaya products can be stored at room temperature or below for over 10 years.
