Our full-flavored specialty soy sauce is made by our brewing masters who are eager to preserve the tradition. We practice the traditional method of two-year aging process without pasteurization. Carefully selected soy beans and salt married with fine quality water transform to this smooth, rich soy sauce. Dipping Sashimi (pieces of raw fish) or Sushi in this sauce is very much recommended.
