This is a special Junmai sake crafted using Gifu Prefecture's sake rice 'Hidahomare', with a polishing ratio of 60%. The brewers were inspired by asking, "Is it possible to create a sake that is delicious and enjoyable when served warm?"

By carefully polishing Gifu Prefecture's sake rice 'Hidahomare' to 60% and fermenting it with the locally developed 'G yeast,' we have preserved the rich and robust characteristics of Miyama-Giku, which is its brand concept. Miyama-Giku achieved a crisp and dry Junmai taste with a smooth finish.

This Junmai sake is not nly a delicious but also dry taste, made with exclusively locally sourced ingredients.
